Location. Sterling Resorts Splash is located on 400 feet of beach on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Fla. The Camp Creek Golf Course is approximately one mile from the resort. The Museum of Man in the Sea features relics and historic displays of scuba diving dating back to 1500, including treasure from sunken ships, two miles from the resort. The Pier Park shopping center is approximately five miles away and the Shipwreck Island Water Park is six miles from the resort.
Features. Styled after a water park, the resort features a lazy river, children's interactive aqua play pools with water slides and spray toys, heated pools and spa tubs, and a dive in movie theater. A poolside bar and grille offers snacks, sandwiches and beverages. Fax service and complimentary high speed Internet access are available. The resort offers a fitness facility, an arcade with a mini bowling alley, and a Beach Apparel and Surf Shop. Beach service and water toys are also available. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. Two bedroom units at Sterling Resorts Splash feature furnished balconies with gulf views. Fully equipped kitchens include refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffeemakers, cookware and dishes. All units offer cable television and DVD players in the living rooms. Complimentary high speed Internet access is available. Each two bedroom unit features two bathrooms with complimentary toiletries.
Expert Tip. A fleet of charter boats for deep sea fishing are docked at the Grand Lagoon, located approximately 13 miles from the resort. Red Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Grouper, Cobia, Triggers and Amberjack are among the many fish found off Panama City Beach.

Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
A non refundable damage waiver fee of $40 (subject to change is collected at check in. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.
