Location. Waterstone Emerald Isle Resort sits directly on the ocean in Panama City Beach, Fla. Conveniently located on Front Beach Road, this high rise resort is within walking distance of chain and local restaurants, starting at one half mile away. St. Andrews State Park, a 13 mile drive from the resort, is a popular destination for snorkeling and scuba diving. Family attractions nearby include Shipwreck Island Water Park five miles away and Sea Dragon Pirate Cruises ten miles away.
Hotel Features. Waterstone Emerald Isle Resort, occupying a 23 story gulf front tower, features two outdoor pools with a pool pavilion, barbecue grills and two hot tubs. Beach service, including chairs and umbrellas, is offered on the waterfront on the resort's nearly 300 feet of beach. This resort has an exercise room and small meeting room with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guestrooms. The 199 condo style guestrooms at this resort offer 1,400 to 1,510 square feet of living space with separate sitting areas, kitchens and private balconies. Bedrooms have walk in closets, and units are equipped with cable televisions, DVD/DVR players, VCRs and washer/dryers.
Expert Tip. Panama City Beach is a great destination for avid fishers, as the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay offer excellent sport fishing. Guests can fly cast for redfish in St. Andrews Bay, troll the Gulf of Mexico for blue marlin or pursue red snapper amongst the many shipwrecks and artificial reefs.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Singles under the age of 25 are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
All properties prohibit on site parking of recreational vehicles, watercraft (boats, jet skis, trailers, etc. and restrict the number of vehicles per rental unit. Please be sure to ask your reservation specialist to inform you of parking regulations prior to making reservation.
