The Hurd La Rinconada Gallery & Guest Homes is located in San Patricio, N.M., 20 miles east of Ruidoso, N.M., nestled in rolling hills next to the gentle flowing Rio Ruidoso River. Roswell, N.M., a famous haven for suggested government conspiracies and claims of close encounters with extra terrestrial life, is 50 miles away.
This ranch is home to a gallery that showcases the original works of Peter Hurd, Henriette Wyeth Hurd, Michael Hurd, Andrew Wyeth and N.C. Wyeth, with signed reproductions available. The ranch offers facilities for corporate meetings and retreats, and the office provides use of a fax machine. A family polo field and a river for fishing are available on the property. The ranch is frequented by wildlife including deer and peacocks. Pets are allowed for a fee.
The Hurd La Rinconada Gallery & Guest Homes offers five separate accommodations with furnished balconies, fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. The accommodations feature authentic antiques and original art from the Hurd Wyeth family. All guest homes offer separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and sunrooms or patios with views of the mountains and valley. Satellite television and VCRs are provided. The guest homes are adjacent to the Sentinenal Ranch's orchards.
