La Colle sur Loup 'Montmeuille' is a gite apartment residence set on a wooded hillside in the Proven?al countryside, six kilometres from the French Riviera coastline at Cagnes sur Mer. Each of the residence's 81 ground floor apartments comprises a living area facing out onto the gardens, a bedroom, private bathroom with separate WC, and a kitchenette equipped with cookware, hotplates, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, before trying their hand at a game of French boules. There is a separate splash pool for children, and multilingual staff are on hand to advise guests on local sightseeing opportunities. Practical amenities include free onsite parking and a launderette. The typical Proven?al village of Vence is five kilometres away, while the beach of Cagnes sur Mer is six kilometres from the hotel. The nearest major airport is Nice, located 12 kilometres from the residence. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all rooms should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.
Deposit is required on arrival and refunded at checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning.
